A. We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Contact our customer service team for more information. 

 

Q. Where can I find product sizing information?

A. You can purchase each garment as per the standard sizing or made to measure.

For made to measure, please select the option while adding item to your cart. Our team will reach out to you for your measurements once the order is successfully placed.

 

Q. What do I do if I have received the wrong product?

A. If you have received an incorrect product please contact our customer service team and intimate us of the wrong order within 48 hours of receipt of such order and we will help you with the replacement at the earliest. In any event that a replacement is not possible, we will further assist you with a return and/or refund process.

 

Q. How long will it take me to get my order?

A. Delivery timeframe is subject to locality. For standard shipping within India, you should receive your order within 2 weeks and it can take upto a month for anywhere outside India. Please note that delivery terms may vary owing to the current situation in the country.

 

Q. I placed an order in the wrong size, what do I do?

A. We begin processing orders within 4 hours of it being placed. Hence we allow cancellations or amendments only within 4 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

A. Since each piece is made to order, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

A. We do not accept returns. However returns are accepted when the items purchased are damaged or defective from our end. Please get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving such damaged/defective product to process a replacement order or refund request.
