For the purpose of this document,

 

  1. “We”, “Us”, “Our”, shall mean the Company.

  2. “You”, “Your”, “Customer” refers to the Buyer of the product.

We use cookies to maintain session of our user. It is not used to personally identify you on other websites.

 

For National Orders

 

Refunds (if applicable)

In the event that any product received by you is damaged/defective, store credit shall be extended provided you send us an intimation within 2 days of receipt of such garment along with photos of the damage/defect. The garment must be returned in original condition, with labels and packing must be intact.

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will intimate you if the product is eligible for Return/Refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

COTH reserves the right to refuse returns, and refunds if item is not in its original condition, or is worn, altered, washed or damaged not due to our error. 

 

Cancellation

Please note cancellation will be allowed within 4 hours within placing the order. Once the order has been processed it cannot be cancelled or returned as per company policy

 

Exchange 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However we can modify/alter the garment as per customer preference.

 

Returns

We do not accept any returns. However returns are accepted when the items purchased are damaged or defective from our end. Ensure to intimate us about such damage/defect within 2 days of receipt of such garment along with photos of the damage/defect. We will process a replacement request or extend a store credit subject to company policy.

 

Shipping

In case of any returns/exchanges/refunds, the customer shall be responsible for shipping the garments back to the company. However please note that the charges incurred towards shipping by the customer shall be reimbursed by the company in full.

 

 

Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 1 week of placing of the order. In the event that the company cannot process the order for any reasons whatsoever, or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed about the same and a refund of the amount equivalent to the product shall be initiated towards the customer store credit accordingly.
